Shipping & Returns Policy

LOFT Furniture will make sure to provide its customers with the highest level of customer services, in order to achieve the complete satisfaction of all its customers. Accordingly, LOFT always aims to improve the shopping experience of its customers by offering the best quality of products and services.

 

Terms of return and change for office and home furniture:


1- All receipts, changes, returns and maintenance are done under the original invoice.

2- The product cannot be replaced or returned after the customer or his representative signs the product receipt voucher, the process of signing the product receipt voucher is a disclaimer of the company for any problem with the product except for the manufacturing defect.

3- The period for refunding the amount of the invoice is within 14 working days from the date of the request to cancel the invoice, provided that it is compatible with the company’s return policy.

4- In case received a product that is damaged or contains a manufacturing defect or the wrong product or complaint, please contact by e-mail [email protected] within twenty-four 24 hours from the date of receiving the product. We kindly ask you to keep all packing materials and the product until you receive the instruction from our customer services team in this regard.

5- The email should contain comprehensive details of the invoice number/defects/complaints about the order/packaging

6- We inform you that LOFT will check for such defects/differences with those returned products based on customer emails and all defective products returned to LOFT are only made through the pickup arrangements made by LOFT.

7- Prices on our website may differ compared to the prices in our showrooms - Loft reserves the right to change prices without notice.

8- The discounted Products and Special offer are non-refundable but it is replaceable within 3 Days form the purchase date

9- Loft reserves the right to refuse any request that violates our exchange and return policy.

 

Replacement and return policy for accessories, pillows, mattresses, carpets, and Poufs:


1- Accessories, pillows, mattresses, carpets, and Poufs cannot be returned or exchanged after receiving them if they are in good condition and have no manufacturing defect or damage.

2- In case received a product that is damaged or contains a manufacturing defect or the wrong product or there is a complaint, please contact by e-mail [email protected] within twenty-four 24 hours from the date of receiving the product. We kindly ask you to keep all packing materials and the product until you receive the instruction from our customer services team in this regard.

 

Shipping and Delivery policy for home and office furniture:


1- The free delivery service is only within the city of Riyadh, Jeddah and Al-Khobar. As for delivery to other cities inside or outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the customer must pay the delivery fees according to the company’s policy or through one of our partners from our approved delivery companies.

2- Shipping Fee: Shipping fees are calculated during the order fulfillment process, and shipping fees vary depending on the city, weight and product ordered

3- In case the customer does not comply (with the date of installation - or the site is not ready - or not at the installation and delivery site or not answering the phone on the day of installation), The customer shall bear any additional cost as a result of this. He also he\she has to take a new appointment according to the schedule available in the company

4- Delivery time in the main cities (Riyadh - Jeddah - Khobar) from 7 to 15 working days, according to the timetable, if the request is available..

5- Delivery Time in other KSA governorates, cities, and villages will be from 7 to 30 working days, according to the timetable, if the request is available.


6- In case the customer wishes to modify the installation date, he must notify LOFT in less than 48 hours before the installation date and take a new appointment according to the schedule available in the company.

7- An amount of 200 riyals is calculated as a re-delivery fees.


8- The customer must receive the goods mentioned in the invoice on the date of installation specified for him, and in case the customer is late in receiving the goods on the date of installation specified for him, with a maximum of 30 days from the date of purchase.

9- The company has the right to dispose of the products that the customer does not receive within 30 days from the date of purchase

10- After signing the receipt, this means that the product is free from any defects or damage, and the company is not responsible for any damages

11- LOFT reserves the right to refuse any order that violates our return and exchange policy.

Delivery fees vary based on the order, city and weight of the order, and are indicated during the payment process via the website

We provide delivery service to all regions of the Kingdom through our approved delivery companies

• For the main areas in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, delivery will be within 7 to14 working days if the request is available.

• For other regions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, delivery will be within 7 to 30 working days if the request is available.

• The customer endures full responsibility for registering the data, and the company is not responsible for the consequences of registering any wrong information.

• Due to the long distance to some areas in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, you may be required to go to the center of one of our partners to receive your shipment.

Warranty:


1- Loft Warranty its products against manufacturing defects (sofas) for a period of one year, except for misuse, with providing the original purchase invoice kept from customer.


2- Manufacture defects will be finally determined by LOFT.
